Go Kids Club

G.O Kids Club is a free, fun, interactive program designed for kids who:

• Are not yet ready for treatment

• Are siblings of current patients

• Are ages 5-10 and interested in learning about smiles and good dental habits

If your child fits any of those categories, then this is their very own CLUB at Gerlein Orthodontics! You will be apart of a special group of kids who love to learn about their smiles, practice healthy habits, and have tons of fun along the way.

As a new GO Kids Member, here’s what’s waiting for YOU:

• Your GO KIDS Welcome Pack with your awesome T-shirt, fun surprises, and your very own Tooth Fairy Progress Report

• A GO KIDS Bookmark that takes you to our online Book Club

• Your Smile Passport to track kind deeds and earn fun rewards

• Access to contests, prizes, games, and activities made just for YOU.

Here at GO Kids Club, you’ll earn points and win prizes just by:

• Attending your sibling’s ortho visits (extra points if you are wearing your t-shirt)

• Helping others and doing good deeds

• Reading and writing book reviews

• Losing baby teeth (Yay!)

Plus, when you collect 20 “Smiles” in your Passport, you’ll earn a BIG reward and become an official Kindness Hero!
